Program Director - Crystal Nasser, L.C.S.W., RPT

Crystal Nasser, LCSW, Registered Play Therapist, received her BS in Psychology from Florida State University and masters degree in social work from Florida Atlantic University before becoming a licensed clinical social worker and registered play therapist. Through play and filial therapies, Crystal is able to provide counseling to parents/caregivers and their children who find themselves amidst varied emotional and behavioral challenges. These early intervention techniques often result in increased pro-social behavior that heightens the child’s self-confidence, self-control and school readiness.

As the Program Director at All ‘Bout Children, Crystal not only focuses on developmentally appropriate treatment interventions for very young children using Play Therapy, but also provides professional development training for graduate level interns, child care workers and other mental health professionals. Crystal has co-facilitated numerous workshops within the county with supervisors, Jane Robinson and Roxanne Grobbel.

In addition, Crystal serves as a board member for local non-profit, the MCL Foundation, which focuses its resources on easing the financial burdens and emotional distress of local children and families in crisis.

Crystal is currently working toward becoming credentialed as an Infant Mental Health Specialist.
